2017:   Research Participant, Norwegian Red Cross, International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies. Helped develop and peer review a course project analyzing a situation of risk faced by ambulance and emergency pre-hospital care providers. Course project will be adapted by the Norwegian Red Cross for application in various geographical contexts and courses.

2016:   Trainer, “First Aid Principles and Secure Access and Trainer of Trainers (TOT),” United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) regional training program… Tasks: Led week-long training workshops in emergency first aid and disaster management to the general public in different locations throughout Syria.

2015-2016:   Trainer: First Aid and War Relief, Department of Ecumenical Relations and Development (DERD), Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Antioch and all the East (GOPA)… Tasks: Led training workshops for 400 first aid professionals in emergency first aid and war relief; provided periodic tracking of organizations’ implementation of safety and security recommendations in post-training period.

2013-2015   Supervisor of Logistical Office, Syrian Arab Red Crescent   http://sarc.sy/ .. Tasks: Coordinated and supplied psychosocial support materials with a monthly budget of $600 000 USD for rural communities surrounding Damascus.
